Register as Applicant

To apply for the GTFS certification, applicants need to submit their application forms online through this GTFS.my website, then submit the physical copy and supporting documents to the Malaysian Green Technology Corporation. There are no fees nor charges for this online application.

Applicants need to have a valid and active email account for the online application, as all communication, including the status of application, will be sent to the email account and also viewable from this GTFS.my website.

The online application involves the following :

  1. Registering for a user account on the GTFS.my website.
  2. Filling and submitting the GTFS application form

Registering for a user account on the GTFS.my website

  1. Click on the Register hyperlink at the top right of the GTFS.my website

  2. On the User account registration page, type your email, password and the Captcha code. Then click on the Create new account button

  3. You will be automatically logged into the GTFS.my website, and the system will send you an email confirming your registration

  4. To log out of the GTFS.my website, click on the Logout hyperlink at the top right of the GTFS.my website

  5. To login again, click on the Login hyperlink at the top right of the GTFS.my website

  6. On the User account login page, type your email, password and the Captcha code. Then click on the Login button.

  7. If you have forgotten your password and entered the wrong password on the User account login page, a message will be displayed which will allow you to retrieve your password. The system will then send an email with instructions on how to retrieve your password.
